  1. Would you add the URLs of the four sites you visit daily? I couldn’t find “Um,”.

  2. As a Fergus gal, I’d love to know what strange circumstances led you to vacation in Caledon, Ontario!

  3. In a not to be confused with Meryl Streep voice: we had a farm in Caledon (whose only similarity to an actual farm was the presence of a barn, oh and a tractor that my city slicker dad and his brothers would ride around on for no particular reason).

  5. Stephen,

Apologies for the misspelling of your name (it’s your own damn fault for hiding under that wide brim) and, believe it or not, we get Profit here – France being the country where deposed dictators and cancelled TV shows come to die.

  6. OK, you’ve significantly heightened the standing of France on the list of “countries I’m thinking of moving to when this place gets intolerable.” I don’t suppose they have Frank’s Place as well? It lasted for one season in the late ‘80s and was one of the best things I’ve seen on TV; you can read about it here.

On preview: I figured out how to do itals, but a href doesn’t work, so here’s the URL I was trying to link with “here”:
